Polyurethane Mouldings & Castings

Polyurethane Mouldings and Castings

Polyurethane mouldings are created by pouring the material into heated moulds, followed by heat curing and precise trimming or machining to the required form. This method is ideal for both small and large production runs. Incorporation of metal components is possible, and flame retardant or anti-static variants can be supplied upon request.

Typical Uses

Common applications include scrapers, castors, washers, blocks, bumpers, capper rings, gaskets, impellers, seals, and isolators.

Key Benefits

  • Operating temperature range from -30°C to +80°C (short-term exposure up to +100°C; higher temperature grades available on request).
  • Excellent abrasion resistance.

Product Options

Colours: Available in a broad spectrum of colours.
Shore Hardness: Ranges from 10°A to 95°D.
