Silicone sponge sheeting offers outstanding resistance to heat and features anti-stick qualities. It withstands UV exposure, ozone, and many moderate to oxidising chemicals. With low smoke and fume output, it is widely used for various sealing tasks. We also provide FDA Approved Silicone Sponge Sheeting and HT800 Flame Retardant Silicone Sponge Sheeting, both FDA approved and flame retardant. Note: AZDN is used as a blowing agent and although this is cured extensively after manufacture, it is not proven that the AZDN agent has been entirely burnt off. Therefore, silicone sponge sheeting cannot be classified as FDA grade, although the vast majority of its ingredients are FDA grade.
