Reticulated air filter foam polyester is an open-cell material ideal for filtration and ventilation applications. The foam will not swell when in water, fuel, detergents, mineral oils, or greases. Note that most organic solvents, including benzene, ethanol, and chloroform, can cause the foam to swell.
Available in multiple PPI grades (pores per linear inch), higher PPI foams increase airflow resistance, while lower PPI foams allow easier air passage. Standard grades are flame-retardant and perform well at elevated temperatures.

Cut sheet sizes and additional thicknesses (up to 450mm) may be available upon request - please contact us.
