HT800 flame retardant silicone sponge sheeting combines the benefits of conventional silicone sponge with enhanced flame resistance. The grey version is certified for food contact applications. This material offers outstanding heat tolerance, non-stick characteristics, and robust resistance to UV, ozone, and a wide range of moderate to oxidising chemicals. It emits low levels of smoke and fumes and is typically supplied with a self-adhesive backing for ease of installation.
Ideal for manufacturing gaskets and seals that protect against dust, moisture, and air infiltration. Commonly used in HVAC systems, electronic enclosures, shock absorption, and vibration damping in vehicles and electronic devices.
Standard supply includes self-adhesive backing; plain backing options are available on request.
