Novus™ 49 is a premium compressed non-asbestos gasket sheet crafted with a high graphite content, reinforced by aramid fibres and bound with nitrile. This material is supplied by Henry Gallacher and combines durability and performance for demanding sealing applications.
Ideal for sealing in environments exposed to oils, solvents, high-pressure steam, and gases including oxygen.
*Non-standard sizes or thicknesses may require extended lead times.
Additional sheet dimensions and thicknesses can be supplied upon request, subject to availability and lead time.
We also offer the Klinger® equivalent material as an alternative.
Please note: Sheets are supplied with an anti-stick coating on both sides as standard. Maximum temperature and pressure ratings should not be applied simultaneously. Performance values depend on specific application conditions. Refer to the technical data sheet below for detailed information.
