Sigma® 533

Sigma® 533 is a high-performance biaxially orientated PTFE gasket material filled with barium sulphate (barytes). It is designed for demanding chemical and hygienic sealing applications where reliability and purity are essential.

With standard compressibility and excellent creep resistance, Sigma® 533 provides consistent sealing performance in both standard and critical service conditions.

This FDA-compliant PTFE gasket material is widely used in food, drink and pharmaceutical processing, as well as other applications where contamination is not permitted.

Machining & Conversion

At Henry Gallacher, we can machine Sigma® 533 into:

• Standard flange gaskets.
• Bespoke gaskets and CNC cutting.
