TICO Hi-Duty Textile Reinforced Pad

Henry Gallacher’s TICO hi-duty textile reinforced pads are offered in three distinct grades, each designed with specific characteristics. The TICO RF/PA grade features layers of synthetic rubber proofed cotton combined with neoprene rubber interlayers enhanced by cellular particles. The TICO PF/PA grade consists of synthetic rubber proofed cotton plies vulcanised to create a smooth surface. Meanwhile, the TICO FF/PA grade uses PF/PA material bonded to a synthetic rubber layer modified with cellular particles. These pads deliver exceptional strength and durability, effectively cushioning heavy impacts, absorbing intense shock loads, and reducing severe vibration from industrial machinery.

• Maximum load capacity: 7 MN/m² for RF/PA, and 15.5 MN/m² for PF/PA and FF/PA.
