TICO S - Versatile Mounting Pad

TICO S - versatile mounting pad is crafted from synthetic rubber bonded cork, serving as our preferred solution for machinery mounting. It endures substantial dynamic and static pressures without deterioration, effectively minimising vibration and noise transmission. Typical Uses

Ideal for applications including lifts, conveyors, generators, refrigeration systems, vacuum pumps, and compressors. It suits machinery with internal imbalance such as lathes, pillar drills, shapers, and saws, as well as equipment subject to vertical shock loads like power presses, slotting machines, guillotines, and crushers.

Operates reliably between -40°C and +100°C.
Maximum load capacity of 0.5 MN/m².
Minimises vibration while allowing quick installation and flexible machine positioning.

TICO S collars complement TICO S pads and mild steel washers to mount machinery securely. Designed to encircle bolts, they help minimise noise and vibration transmission. Available in various sizes and supplied in packs of 10, TICO S washers and mild steel washers are designed to work alongside TICO S collars to secure machinery using floor bolts.

TICO S Washer Dimensions:	6mm thickness with an outer diameter three times the nominal bolt size.
Mild Steel Washer Dimensions:	3mm thickness.
