TICO Pipe Grips

TICO Pipe Grips Anti-Vibration Material

TICO pipe grips feature a robust galvanised steel u-bolt combined with a fire-retardant moulded sleeve designed to resist flame spread. Offered in three distinct variants: ribbed rubber inner face (grip type), PTFE lined (guide type), and high temperature synthetic silicone (VHT type). These grips are engineered to reduce vibration transmission between pipework and hangers, helping prevent electrolytic corrosion. Each variant delivers specific benefits as outlined below.

Grip Type	Ribbed rubber inner face. Accomodates small axial and torsional movements of the pipe.	-50°C up to +120°C (+150°C intermittent)
Guide Type	PTFE lined inner face. Accomodates larger axial and torsional movements of the pipe.	-50°C up to +120°C (+150°C intermittent)
VHT Type	Synthetic silicone rubber. For applications with elevated temperatures. Also resistant to a wide range of oils.	-60°C up to +300°C (+350°C intermittent)
