This standard and widely used UHMWPE grade is offered in natural, green, black, and blue colours. It delivers excellent impact and wear resistance. The virgin and blue PE1000 grades meet FDA standards, making them suitable for food contact. Operating temperature range up to +80°C (+120°C short term).

PE1000 - UHMW - Metal Detectable

Maintaining the essential properties of standard UHMW, this metal detectable grade incorporates fine additives to lower contamination risks when used with metal detection systems. It is EC and FDA approved. Temperature range -150°C to +80°C (+120°C short term).

PE1000 - UHMW - Ceramic Filled

This grade offers enhanced strength, impact resistance, load capacity, and wear performance compared to standard PE1000. Ceramic-filled UHMW is ideal for demanding high load, high speed, and abrasive environments, frequently used for chain guides and wear strips. Temperature range -150°C to +80°C (+120°C short term).

PE1000 - UHMW - Lubricated

Lubricated PE1000 sheets come in two variants: UHMW-V, designed to lower energy use and handle higher pressure loads, and UHMW-S, which reduces friction by up to 75% compared to standard UHMW. Temperature range -150°C to +80°C (+130°C short term).

PE1000 - UHMW - High Temp.

This grade retains the core properties of standard UHMWPE but is engineered for higher temperature endurance. It is commonly applied in conveying systems exposed to prolonged heat, such as baking processes. Temperature range up to +135°C. 

PE1000 - UHMW - Anti-Static

Offering the standard benefits of PE1000 with added surface resistance below 10⁸ Ω, this anti-static grade is ideal for high-speed components or environments prone to static discharge, such as sawmills. Temperature range up to +80°C. 

PE1000 - UHMW - Elec. Conductive

Designed to prevent electrostatic discharge build-up in hazardous settings, this grade offers surface resistance below 10⁵ Ω. It is commonly machined into parts for chemical, wood processing, and power generation sectors. Temperature range -200°C to +80°C.

PE1000 - UHMW - Parcel Slide

Engineered to facilitate the smooth movement of parcels and boxes on conveyors and chutes within distribution centres, this grade combines the core UHMW properties with enhanced friction and anti-static surface features. Temperature range -50°C to +80°C (+120°C short term).

PE1000 - UHMW - Bulk Liner 

This premium UHMW grade is designed for bulk material handling, improving product flow by lining chutes, hoppers, and silos to prevent ratholing. It features a very low coefficient of friction, allowing materials to move freely. Temperature range -40°C to +82°C.

PE1000 - UHMW - Truck Liner 

Highly robust UHMW grade used for heavy-duty lining in skips, dump trucks, and trailers. Suitable for abrasive materials such as coal, ore, gravel, sand, and stone. Temperature range -40°C to +82°C, with a melting point of +135°C.
