Neoprene Rubber Cord

Neoprene rubber cord (CR) is a synthetic elastomer created through the polymerisation of chloroprene. It is highly durable, resisting wear from abrasion, oxidation, ozone, and weather exposure. This material also features strong tensile properties, effective gas impermeability, and moderate chemical resistance to substances like animal fats, inorganic salts, oils, and mild acids.

Thanks to these qualities, neoprene rubber cord is ideal for external sealing tasks and can be bonded to create reliable O-rings. We also offer a closed cell neoprene sponge cord variant, which provides superior compressibility and flexibility.
