Viton® 'A' rubber cord (FKM) is a premium fluoroelastomer widely utilised in sealing solutions across automotive, aerospace, gas, and petrochemical sectors. It withstands the highest temperatures among elastomers in our selection and delivers outstanding resistance to aggressive chemicals including mineral acids, hydrocarbons, and organic solvents. Additionally, it offers robust abrasion resistance and maintains durability against environmental challenges such as ozone, oxidation, and weather exposure. Please note, Viton® is unsuitable for environments involving organic acids or ketones.
