Nitrile Rubber Gaskets - White Food Quality

Nitrile Rubber Gaskets - White Food Quality
White food quality nitrile gaskets are cut from a synthetic elastomer manufactured from a blend of acrylonitrile and butadiene. This high-quality gasket material is widely used in the food processing industry due to its strong resistance to vegetable oils, animal fats, fish oils, and greases. The material complies with both EC and FDA food contact regulations and is suitable for repeated use in food contact applications.
Metal-detectable nitrile gasket options are also available to help reduce the risk of product contamination when used alongside scanning equipment. Blue food-grade nitrile grades can be supplied when improved visual detection is required.
Using advanced CNC cutting machinery, gaskets can be produced to precise tolerances for both flange and picture frame applications. For guidance on obtaining accurate measurements, please refer to our How to Measure a Gasket guide.
