Viton® Rubber Gaskets - White Food Quality
White food-grade Viton® rubber gaskets are precision-cut from premium fluoroelastomer material, delivering exceptional resistance to animal fats, fish oils, alcohols and vegetable oils. These gaskets are widely specified for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications due to their compliance with 21 CFR 177.2600 of the FDA. They offer moderate compressibility and good tensile strength whilst providing outstanding high-temperature performance. White Viton® A gaskets also exhibit excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation and weathering, making them suitable for sealing applications involving hydrocarbons, organic solvents and mineral acids.
For applications where FDA approval is not essential, we can supply standard Viton® A rubber gaskets. Alternatively, blue food-grade FKM gaskets are available when enhanced visibility is required.

Please note: Viton® white food quality rubber gaskets are manufactured to order. Minimum order quantities may apply.
