Hypalon Rubber Gaskets

Hypalon Rubber Gaskets
Hypalon rubber gaskets are precision-cut from high-quality chlorosulfonyl polyethene (CSM). They provide outstanding resistance to ageing, weathering, abrasion, and ultraviolet radiation, and are commonly specified for exterior sealing applications. Hypalon gaskets offer very high thermal stability and provide moderate resistance to lubricating oils and chemicals. Compared with other elastomeric gasket materials, they are less likely to degrade under constant UV exposure or unfavourable weather conditions.
Our advanced in-house CNC machining technology enables us to cut to precise tolerances to suit specific requirements. We can manufacture dovetail, picture frame or standard flange gaskets and have the capability to work to bespoke dimensional drawings as required. For guidance on accurate gasket measurement, please view our step-by-step 'How to Measure a Gasket' guide.
