FKM Rubber Gaskets - White Food Quality

White food-grade FKM rubber gaskets are precision-cut from a synthetic fluoroelastomer, providing excellent resistance to alcohols, vegetable oils, animal fats, and mineral oils. They deliver outstanding thermal stability and moderate mechanical properties whilst performing exceptionally well against ozone, ageing and weathering. White FKM gaskets are widely specified in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications due to their compliance with FDA food-contact regulations and suitability for use with petrochemicals and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

We can also supply blue FKM gaskets that meet 21 CFR 177.2600, a regulation of the FDA. Alternatively, for applications where food approval is not required, genuine Viton® A gaskets are available.

Our manufacturing capabilities enable us to fulfil orders from single gaskets to large-volume production runs, and we can produce any standard flange, dovetail, picture frame, or bespoke gasket to your specifications. Temperature: -10°C up to +250°C.
White food quality FKM rubber is an unbranded alternative to genuine white Viton® A and has a <66% flourine content.
Offers excellent resistance to a wide range of oils and animal fats.
Very good resistance to ageing.
Excellent thermal stability.

Standards

Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600 for rubber articles intended for repeated use with wet and dry foodstuffs.
