Abrasion-Resistant Rubber Gaskets - Red

Red abrasion-resistant rubber gaskets are precision-cut from high-quality natural rubber, specifically engineered to offer superior abrasion and wear resistance. These gaskets provide good tensile strength, high elasticity and can operate as an effective seal under low compression set. Abrasion-resistant gaskets also offer moderate resistance to chemicals, ketones, aldehydes and wet or dry organic acids, though they should not be used in contact with petroleum or hydrocarbons.

As standard, our red abrasion-resistant gaskets are supplied with a cloth impression on both sides. We can also supply white abrasion-resistant gaskets which comply with FDA regulations and are suitable for contact with wet or dry foodstuffs.

Our in-house CNC manufacturing capabilities enable us to fulfil orders from single gaskets to large-volume production runs, cutting to precise tolerances. We can manufacture dovetail, picture frame or standard flange gaskets, and have the capability to work to bespoke dimensional drawings as required. Temperature: -20°C to +85°C (1.5mm - 10mm) / -30°C to +70°C (4mm, 12mm - 25mm).
