Nitrile rubber gaskets are cut from a high-performance synthetic elastomer offering excellent resistance to most petroleum-based fluids, greases, and oils. The material also provides good abrasion resistance, moderate tensile strength, and reliable mechanical properties, making it a trusted choice for demanding industrial sealing applications.
These gaskets are widely used across the automotive, aeronautical, petrochemical, and oil industries. While nitrile performs extremely well in contact with petrochemicals, it has poor resistance to ozone and weathering and is not suitable for use with ketones.
By utilising advanced in-house CNC machining technology, we are able to cut to precise tolerances and can fulfil single-unit or high-quantity requirements. We can manufacture dovetail, picture frame, or standard flange gaskets and can work to bespoke dimensional drawings if required. For information on how to accurately measure your gasket, please view our step by step guide on 'How to Measure a Gasket' .
