FKM Rubber Gaskets

FKM Rubber Gaskets
FKM rubber gaskets are precision-cut from synthetic fluoroelastomer material and are predominantly specified in automotive, aerospace and petrochemical sectors due to their performance in demanding sealing applications. This gasket material offers excellent thermal stability and demonstrates high resistance to hydrocarbons, chemicals, petroleum and oils. They also provide outstanding resistance to weathering, oxidation and ozone, though they are not suitable for use with organic acids or ketones such as acetone.
FKM gaskets feature a smooth plate finish on both sides as standard and represent an unbranded alternative to genuine Viton® A. We can also supply white and blue food-grade alternatives that comply with 21 CFR 177.2600, as required.
Our manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce any standard flange, dovetail, picture frame, or bespoke gasket design, with the flexibility to fulfil both small and large-volume orders. For guidance on accurate gasket measurement, please refer to our helpful 'How to Measure a Gasket' guide.
