Silicone rubber gaskets are precision-cut from synthetic elastomer, offering great non-stick properties and exceptional electrical insulation. This versatile material retains its flexibility and compression properties across extreme temperature ranges, making it ideal for demanding gasket and sealing applications.
The excellent resistance to ozone, weathering and oxidation makes silicone rubber gaskets particularly well-suited for outdoor and external installations. Specialist grades, including red oxide and 30° blue variants, carry WRAS approval and are certified for potable water contact at temperatures up to +85°C. Our silicone rubber gasket range includes multiple colour options that meet current FDA food contact standards.
Metal detectable silicone gaskets are also available to minimise contamination risks in food processing environments.
