PET (Ertalyte®) Sheet

PET (Ertalyte®) sheet is a highly durable and dimensionally precise plastic, known for its superior wear resistance and robust mechanical properties. Ideal for demanding applications involving heavy loads and significant wear, it also boasts minimal water absorption and strong chemical resistance, outperforming Nylon against a wider range of acids. With a low friction coefficient and ease of machining, it is well-suited for food-grade uses. Available in various grades, including Ertalyte® and the self-lubricating light grey Ertalyte® TX.

Applications

Commonly used in structural components, gears, distribution valves, friction strips, dynamic seals, bushes, packaging machinery parts, bearings, and rollers.
